@Memo0606 well we'll see, it's good for $ETH but it's dilutive to existing shareholders but will probably prop up the $ETH price and take it to new heights. It is a huge share issue. About four times the shares currently in existence. Will be fun 🤣.

The shares in this offering will not be issued all at once on a specific date. Instead, shares will be issued gradually over time as they are sold through the selling agent (Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.), depending on market conditions and the company's discretion.
