Roughly explained:
You start in the weekly chart, look for reversal points, then switch to the daily chart, look for where a trend break can start, when this point is reached you go into the trade.

Once you have a feel for it, you can also trade in the hourly chart, for example.

It's actually quite simple, but there are also people like this duck here who puff it up with technical terms and make it unnecessarily complicated.

The biggest difficulty is your own psyche, it took me 1 - 1.5 years to finally figure it out and above all not to check the chart every few minutes😅
