Building ETF portfolio

Hello community, I'm 43 years old.

2 kids, over with 13 another with 3.

I'm building an ETF portfolio for the family and a separated ETF for each of the kids.

I want to reach 10 or 15 diversified ETFs , putting 250€ each.

Then, reflecting with 250€ each month one ETF at the time.

For the kids: the 13 year's old have the biggest, he's savings are being build for longer, he holds the $VUAG (-0,21%)

The 3 year old, started a few months ago, he holds the $XDPU (-0,11%)

The 2 kids portfolios are separated from the main one.

For my personal choice I prefer ACC ETFs.

The rest are family ETF.

The objective is to hold for 10 to 20 years

Opinions are welcome

🇵🇹🤞

10-15 ETF? What you have to do with all this ETF's? A simple world ETF can work for them

I don't agree, I think a diversified portfolio works better, even with some "niche" ETF.

@APinto the 3 y.o baby have minimum 15y just for the age to be able to sell the position, a long period where the best assett class are the stocks, if you educate him he will hold the position for other 5-10 year minimum, the same for the other kid, this Kids have a loooot of year in front of them.

Anyway, ok the diversification but 10-15 ETF?
1. World ETF
2. Bond inflation linked
3. Short term bond
4. Gold
5. Emerging market etf
6. A difensive ETF? Like utilities

What else? For a good diversification you need Just 4-5-6 ETF, not 10-15.
