New dividend ETF on the horizon

$IE0005AJA0P1 (-0,75%)

From Legal & General

Launched in January of this year, monthly distribution, costs 0.29%, risk group 3

I don't find the composition at all unexciting 😅

I've opened a mini savings plan and will report back in 12 months how it's doing

"

The fund is intended to offer exposure to companies from developed markets whose dividends and substance characteristics are above the average level.

are above average. The Fund aims to track the performance of the FTSE Developed All Cap Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index (the "Index") after deducting the

Total Expense Ratio (TER) and other expenses. "

Didn't find it unexciting either. But I have to collect volume first

@WarrenamBuffet So you found it exciting? 😂

According to https://www.lseg.com/en/ftse-russell/indices/ftse-dividend-growth-with-quality-index-series, the performance is at the level of a global all-cap index, and that with 3.5% distributions 👌

I put a small position in my portfolio 🙂

I like it. I also made a small order. 👍
Can you see the country distribution anywhere?

@nitroxx Exactly my thing. Could go well with my $FWCA and $TDIV. 👍

@Olli68 I also like the composition. We'll see how it performs

Really exciting. If the volume rises quickly, I would actually consider getting in

TER should be 0.29% p.a. Would actually be quite favorable given the smaller size.

Payday 20.1, ex day 12.1.... There is already money 💰

Due to the low fund volume (3-4 million) and USD as the basis, I would rather advise against it. Furthermore, it is subject to advance taxation and pays out dividends. I would use an alternative product (Vanguard FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield or L&G Global Quality Dividends UCITS ETF - USD Distributing ETF) 🤷🏼‍♂️

@MMeier The same applies to your suggestions? Apart from the fund volume, of course.
immagine del profilo
@MMeier What is the difference between $IE0005AJA0P1 and the second one you mentioned? Can you provide a link?
immagine del profilo
@MMeier Why should it be subject to advance taxation? It also appears to be distributing, if the data here is correct.
And it has been reissued - let's see how the volume develops. I would have waited a little longer.

@randomdude the second mentioned by Optimidt is not distributing, the Etf is also available as accumulating
1

@Dividenden-Sammler Fund volume already at 9 million, but ok for 30 days on the market

@MMeier advance lump sum is only paid on accumulating funds
@portfolio_maestro_4200 thanks for the hint

@portfolio_maestro_4200 @MMeier

This is not true, the advance lump sum is also payable on distributing ETFs, but of course it is lower because a tax payment is already due on the distribution and is offset.

Both types, "Dist and Acc", should be treated equally

@portfolio_maestro_4200 That's not true. I also paid VPA on my $VWRL for last year. If the percentage distribution is below the prime rate and the FSA is already exhausted at the beginning of the year, you also pay the upfront lump sum. @nitroxx is right.

Should the distribution actually be monthly (justETF)?
1

@TCS according to the information sheet, monthly

Looks exciting, thank you. Bet on the WL. But it's not a covered call ETF, is it?
