Bet on a collapse in U.S. bond prices—for example, due to spikes in inflation, interest rate hikes, or concerns about U.S. national debt. It could work! Maybe not a bad move.

@schlimmschlimm The bet is really just a short-term hedge. Your reasoning is just the general context for the higher probability.

Specifically, though, I’m betting on a swift adjustment of long-term interest rates in line with the rise in medium-term rates over the last few days. Maybe the discussion about the Trump “dividend” will escalate? 😉
