What has become of "investing"🥴🥴

What is the thought process of all these self-proclaimed millionaire profit traders? The same people who celebrated a big fat party at the ATH are now suddenly talking about "realizing losses and selling everything"

What has fundamentally changed in this brutal company that everyone is shitting their pants :///

The next tranche will be at €45. See you at the top my investor friends :)

So nobody here is talking about selling 😅
You should check your surroundings 🤣

@GoDividend take a look at the 2 latest posts... 😂

@7digitbaki That's right. I always sell everything straight away if there are 2 negative posts 🙃

If it makes you feel better, I've just bought it again at 51.70.
For me, that's a good price for a leading player in the diabetes market. And diabetes is not going to get any less with our habits 👆

@TomTurboInvest I have also just bought . Why not? Not long ago the largest company in Europe . What could possibly go wrong

@TomTurboInvest Diabetes is not getting less, you're right. But whether this will have a positive effect on the share price remains questionable.
immagine del profilo
@Tobi60 nothing goes wrong, the share price continues to fall and the company is doing well

@Seebi I was wondering where your critical comment was 😅.
immagine del profilo
@Tobi60 critical 🤔 realistic is more like it😁

@Seebi There is currently negative momentum, i.e. just as the share price previously went up "excessively", it is now going down excessively. The diabetes pipeline is a cash cow, which will be reflected in the share price sooner or later. That's why I'm accumulating the share.

Incidentally, the "exaggerated" behavior can be seen not only in the share price but also in the various forums. The masses always side with the momentum 😅 There's no more "you have to buy when there's blood in the streets" 😂

What I've already heard here when I described the company as a cash cow in the depths of Meta... The same with Zalando - someone here even wanted to tell me that Zalando's share price would go to 0 within 12 months, etc.

I find the many opinions here on GQ super exciting, and I'm always getting ideas. Everyone can and should have their own opinion. I don't have a crystal ball, but I won't let an "anonymous" community dissuade me from my strategy. Time will tell👆

Guys, the company was simply overvalued, a classic hype example, it happens all the time. A good, innovative and profitable company, but the price was simply too high, will probably be worth EUR 120 again at some point in the future, but not quickly and not soon.

Please bear in mind that professional traders at banks, funds etc. sometimes have no choice. Depending on how a fund or mandate is structured, there are fixed rules or hard limits as to when positions must be sold. In such cases, they are bound by internal guidelines, risk management or regulatory requirements and cannot simply decide freely. Apart from that, selling at a loss generates losses that you can claim for tax purposes. You can sell at a 20% loss and buy again at 40% down. You can offset losses within a class/product. ETF with ETF, share with share, etc. But please also set your own limits and don't say "I lost everything on Wirecard" just because you didn't want to sell at a loss as a private investor.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But I am skeptical that the share price will change in the next few months. Good luck anyway. 🍀

@Olli68 When we talk about investing, we are not talking about the next few months, but rather the next few years. Everyone is or should be aware that Novo is the wrong place to get rich in the short term. In the long term, however, there is definitely plenty of potential for high returns.

To each his own.... making fun of others the other... not a nice post

why don't you listen to the profit traders, I don't think it's a bad idea to realize losses and sell everything. Why make any more losses? And anyone who buys more now is really beyond help
1
immagine del profilo
@Seebi i have no problem with prudently liquidating your positions and realizing losses. everyone has different goals in the stock market... anyway, novo holds 34% of the global diabetes market and has achieved a gross margin of over 80% for years... if you have the patience and the cash, MMN there is absolutely nothing wrong with investing in this robust company for the long term

@7digitbaki What good are the positive aspects if the share is constantly falling? And why should things get better in the future if the good figures are already going nowhere?

If you as an investor are convinced that the company will have a rosy future, why not invest? Would you say every company that suffers a sell-off goes down the drain? Did NVIDIA go down the drain in 2021 when they had a sell-off of over 50%?
immagine del profilo
@Seebi Just out of interest - what is your investment horizon?

The statement "...if the stock keeps going down. And why should it get better in the future..." caught my eye after all. The share has been falling since July24. What will you do if there is another bear market like in the 2000s, will you say goodbye to the stock markets completely?

@Seebi anyone who identifies a company with its share price loses...
2
immagine del profilo
@7digitbaki I see it differently, I can be convinced of a company no matter how good it is, but if it brings me losses, then I dump it. What good are all the good figures if the share falls? What do I get out of it? And I'm not interested in hoping that something will happen. It's not an investment for me if it's linked to faith and hope
1
immagine del profilo
@7digitbaki You said it right, and at the moment you are losing. No matter how good the company is, if the share price doesn't reflect that, it's considered a bad investment.
immagine del profilo
@Seebi phew - don't let old Warren hear that 🥶

@TomTurboInvest I am only referring to Novo, and the drop has nothing to do with correction bear market Trump or whatever. Bad overpriced product and no prospect of anything new!!!
immagine del profilo
@TomTurboInvest He has to go through that now 😁

Is this the Börner cup that everyone is talking about?
1

@Emi__ Yes, and he is on his holy mission: everyone should now sell the supposedly bad company Novo Nordisk because the share price is falling.
1
immagine del profilo
@Tradingshoke yes it is
Yes, I'm also buying a lot more, but I got ely lilly on board, unfortunately I only bought a small tranche before the run on Thursday. Savings plan is running.

So I'm not happy about the crash due to Trump's tariff policy, but a correction like this also offers good opportunities and I bought in - especially companies like Novo Nordisk 👏🏼 #buythedip

Why sell? Even the current 💩 positions such as $NKE or $P911 are being held and possibly increased again. Most people here have come to stay 💪
