Ftse-All-World vs ACWI vs ACWI IMI

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question about the three All-country-World ETFs $VWCE (-1,36%) and $ISAC (-1,77%) and $SPYI (-1,58%) .

Often in the targeted portfolios you see the $VWCE (-1,36%) and much less frequently the other two.

In the commentaries, too, the $VWCE (-1,36%) is recommended again and again when it comes to "core" investments...

At just-etf, NO clear "favorite" has emerged from the comparison:

What are your reasons for choosing the $VWCE (-1,36%) ? I would be interested to know....

Thank you and have a nice weekend!

For me, the composition or number of shares, country distribution and average return also played a role in the decision.

For example, a FTSE All World (3,400 to 4,600 stocks from industrialized and emerging countries) covers more than an MSCI World (1,300 to 1,600 stocks from industrialized countries), and an MSCI ACWI IMI (8,000 to 9,000 stocks from large, mid and small caps) covers even more of the global world than the FTSE All World.

However, the broader the coverage of the world, the lower the return, because it is less concentrated on the world's economic leaders, to put it bluntly.

It is a matter of weighing up how much of the global market you want in a product and whether or not to add missing areas separately.

@Metis good point 👍
Team acwi imi because small caps minimally lower costs and slightly less USA share but most importantly invest as much as possible as early as possible and stay with it for a long time, simple boring but effective

For many, Vanguard is a likeable provider because it was founded by index fund inventor Bogle and is organized as a cooperative. Perhaps some also think they should become members, but that is only the case in the USA.
There are probably no rational reasons.
