@DonkeyInvestor Yes, as long as you can look after yourself without being a burden on society and a pain in the neck, I have no objections. But at the May Day demonstrations here in Switzerland, people often get rowdy and damage other people's property. I find that simply disrespectful and outrageous.

@Soprano Many bigwigs live in Zurich, which is why many have no idea what it means to work properly. In addition, there are many left-wing greens living in the city who are against capitalism and have the feeling that money grows on trees. Many of the younger generations, especially on the Gold Coast on Lake Zurich, are born with a gold spoon in their mouths, which is why they simply don't understand the value of money. I live in St.Gallen and I used to like going to Zurich. Nowadays, a lot of people there are so out of touch that I avoid Zurich as much as possible. I appreciate St.Gallen with its 80,000 inhabitants. Not too big and not too small, you have everything like in a big city and you can get everywhere quickly because the city is stretched out. And it's not so hectic😀

@Alumdria That's really sad, I always thought Zurich was the heart of capitalism in Europe. I never thought it would be such a hole. I've heard good things about St. Gallen, I think there's a university or something. But are all your big cities that bad? It's actually nonsense that people don't appreciate the things that made their prosperity and dolce vita possible in the first place

Yes, it's annoying. And the penalties for graffiti are far too low - at least in Germany.
