How exactly do you envision building up €100 million in family wealth? I think that’s a very ambitious goal, especially if you want to minimize risk and invest mainly in ETFs. Just to give you an idea of the scale: Assuming an 8% annual return, you’d have to invest about €14,300 per month over 50 years to reach €100 million. That’s why I’d be really interested to hear what your plan is :)

•@Insolvenzverwalter So right now, I also have shares in $BTC, plus BTC Miner. On top of that, there are four properties that I’m getting for 20, which are already fully rented and paid off and are worth just under 2.5 million; those alone bring in about 12k, and the rest will come in over time.

@Gainzilla this will still take a lot of discipline and portfolio adjustments. The 12k€/month should be also used for building a solid cash buffer first - real estate needs to be maintained and you never know. Is that netto or bruto? Before/after taxes? Insurance?

•@Gainzilla Have future taxes and repair and renovation costs already been deducted from the 12k? ;-)
••
@AlexBloch After non-recoverable costs and taxes, about €6,400 per month remains
