This reduces the Company's outstanding shares to approximately 8,305,445 common shares.

After having $EATS I have already had good experiences (-95%) with companies from the food industry. Here directly the next company that can successfully contribute to filling the loss pot!❤️

My risk investments. Here are my stocks and other invets that are rather short-term investments. It is also "deals in it" like call on Tesla (215.08%) shorts on Tesla (180%). Early 2021 with beginner's luck went very well. One must only irgednwann recognize that a deal that has worked 15x, nevertheless at some point must not work out and one ends up in minus.

After I did 247 deals in 2021, I took it easy in 2022 with 116 deals. Here I had also not really seen good options.

From the middle of the year it went then also nasty in the minus. Crypto and everything that goes along with it. Since October 2022 it goes again slowly towards 0. Which I have reached as good as at this time.

One of my problem with deals is that my Stop/Lost kicks me out and then yet to make exactly the curve I have "foreseen". Here I have no solution yet. 3 tranches purchase does not help here either.

I could get good returns here with bets on $SAP (+0,88%) and $TSLA (-3,42%) achieve. There were stable dividends from $MAIN (+0,57%) . Very many good deals with $NB2 (+2,01%) ( until the crash came ).

Invests that still run and that well:

Set in sand but still there:

With future prospects in my opinion:

An interesting week. Especially the last 2 days. Thursday first everything high to be at the end as at 0 - Friday just the opposite.

Nevertheless, there are again tops and flops. By special request without rhymes ;-)

$HIMS (-14,23%) continues to go up, but my target price has not yet been reached. $BIDU (-1,06%) is still in minus, but belongs to my long term strategy Asia. $RR. (-2,32%) has grown again to my largest single position. Through interim sales last year, I have here still buffer (then around the 1.70)

$EATS this is a "lost" position. Here simply hold, and look like after one of the zero comes, and wait for the lottery fairy. $NB2 (+2,01%) here put the hope with $BTC (-1,25%) recovery, again on great courses. $GOOG (-2,18%) use the courses to re-buy. See recovery after change in interest rate policy.

Put with currently money back to possibly favorable Einzusteigen.
