Home24 ($H24) - The shares of the online furniture retailer Home24 were able to record an increase of over 8% compared to this morning. The reason for this is the announcement that Home 24 will acquire the housewares company Butlers. The fixed purchase price was 38 million euros, according to Handelsblatt. Investors clearly see the deal as positive for Home24, as the takeover is expected to generate major synergy effects.
Rock Tech Lithium ($RCK (-1,28%)) - The German-Canadian company wants to start building its first lithium production facility in Germany as early as April.
