Realty restructured

So now I have thought long enough and from $O (-0,14 %) to $TDIV (-0,08 %) and switched from

Savings plan from $O (-0,14 %) was dissolved.

The savings installment from $O (-0,14 %) was evenly divided into $IWDA (+0,03 %) , $SGBS (-0,7 %) and $TDIV (-0,08 %) and

I am now missing out on the monthly dividend. But I think the expected growth will make up for this.

In addition, my USA share has been reduced.

I remain loyal to Realty - you can't go wrong...good current share price and stable dividend with steady increase

$O will rise again as soon as the FED starts to cut interest rates

What were the reasons for the reallocation?
I think both stocks are very good.

@DISTLOVE the steady downward trend at $O since 2022. Share price losses and rising dividends do not offset each other.

@Carsten1970 Do that. It has shown very strong dividend growth of 12% per year in recent years and also a strong performance
