Who did the quote come from? According to google, it's not from Vance, so what does he have to do with it?

@wasi Vance has nothing to do with it, the picture is just funny (it's from the debate with Walz). $BATS is my biggest position. Big Tobacco makes up almost 30% of my portfolio.

I would now count $HOOD as one of them. The company makes its profits primarily from the options trading of its WSB customers, which is nothing more than gambling.
