Costco weighted slightly higher this month to complete the 2nd share. In addition, another share of $PSA (+0,3 %) 288€ was added to the portfolio today.
Hercules has been going great, now I'm taking ⅓ of the position out for the time being in order to $OBDC (+0,25 %) & $PSA (+0,3 %) to the same size as $HTGC (+0,49 %) build up.

Supposed bottoming out of REITs $VICI (-0,14 %)$PLD (+0,56 %)$O (-0,29 %)$CCI (-0,22 %)$AMT (+0,54 %)$PSA (+0,3 %) and much more...As long as the FED does not lower interest rates, all REITs will continue to be punished. I will buy in this October, while many others have paid 10-20% too much.
