2. $364 million for bill.
California's sports betting bill received $364 million in support from casinos, Native American tribes, and other interested parties. That's the largest amount ever spent on a state ballot measure to legalize, shape or prevent it, according to Bloomberg. One of the proposals for legalization would include a 10% tax on betting revenue and a $100 million licensing fee per operator.
What do you guys think about this, should something like this be legal?

3rd Daimler instead of Rivian & Nikola ?
Daimler and Google subsidiary Waymo are currently testing an electric truck in Tesla's hometown of Texas. On Tuesday, at the press conference of both companies, it was announced that Daimler's electric trucks will drive independently under the name "Freightliner". This form of driving is also called "Level 4." According to both companies, the tests are to start in a few weeks. Why the USA of all places? According to recent estimates, there is a shortage of 80,000 drivers in the U.S., which may be the reason for Daimler's interest.

Investors 101: Market capitalization (market cap).
Market cap refers to the total dollar market value of a company's outstanding shares. The investment community uses this number to determine the size of a company, rather than sales figures or total assets. In a takeover, market capitalization is used to determine whether or not a takeover candidate represents a good value for the acquirer.
