How much her so the future $NKLA ?
The course has suffered properly and I hear rather rarely that any large companies work with them.
Sure, there was a small recovery recently, but I don't see it as particularly positive.
Things haven't gone particularly well for the PA company Nikola in recent months. But now Nikola has landed an important new order. Logistics provider J.B. Hunt Transport Services plans to reduce its carbon emissions and is integrating electric trucks into its fleet to do so. Nikola will supply 13 vehicles, including 3 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and 10 heavy-duty battery electric vehicles. Delivery is scheduled for next month. Nikola will also provide the needed hydrogen and infrastructure. Nikola's stock recently struggled with a possible delisting from the NASDAQ stock market due to falling prices. The new order has since pushed the stock up 19% to €2.458. This success could help Nikola save its listing.
How do you see Nikola's chances in the future? Are you invested in $NKLA invested?
I've been looking at the stock for some time and am considering investing as e-mobility will play an important role in logistics and transportation to make transports climate neutral. Maybe now is the "right" time haha
$NKLA the shorts go out the squeeze has begun. Pre-market already 570 thousand volume and +6.0% ... could be a good day again. 🚀🚀🚀
Question on understanding capital increase and reverse split
At $NKLA there are currently two things on the agenda: a capital increase to raise money and possibly a reverse split in order to be able to comply with the Nasdaq's $1 limit (if the share should fall below one dollar again after the current rally).
If I understand correctly, the capital increase will increase the company's share capital and the new shares must be issued at a price between par and the current share price. What would be the point of issuing shares at par? In theory, this is the share capital and may not be "touched". Theoretically, the company could only operate with the money above the par value, right? What about the value of the company? If new shares are subscribed, the issue price is determined by the value of the company. If I were to simply issue new shares, would the value of the company have to be redetermined and distributed over several shares, or could I simply issue new shares at a certain price? By doing so, I would simply increase my value of the company...doesn't make that much sense somehow.
The second question I have: How do a capital increase and a reverse split go together? In the one, I reduce the number of my shares and the value of my share increases according to the subscription ratio. In the case of the capital increase, however, I issue new shares and my old shares are diluted. Doesn't this pose a dilemma for Nikola?
Would appreciate your help in clearing up my thought chaos.
Reading the article like this, I feel hope again for the share price of $NKLA .
Buy more? Or what do you think after the company is currently not doing well financially and will raise money through new distributions. Of course a somewhat riskier investment, but maybe lucrative if they really start production of their FCEVs as early as August 23. That would give them a decent head start over other manufacturers. #nikola

Gambling with risk
Yesterday I had another discussion about $TSLA (-3,39 %) and how much money one would have today if one had simply bought 100 shares for little money at the beginning instead of smiling at Elon Musk.
For this reason I have decided to build up a small position over the next few months. $NKLA Thanks to free savings plans, this is relatively uncomplicated. Of course, those are the ones who let the truck roll down the hill and with the entry of Iveco, the effect that a major investor enters is gone.
But what would happen if hydrogen and electric vehicles became established in heavy-duty transport and the hype started? Then already 100 shares would be enough. It is gambling but that would have been $TSLA (-3,39 %) back then as well.
I am seriously invested in $DTG (+1,57 %) They should definitely be the right choice in the truck sector in the long term.
