ATTENTION to all who have a deposit with Trade Republic, today more than 100 savings plans will be executed with me, the real offensive starts at 15.30 and can take up to 4 hours, as there may well be "massive" "failures" and "delays" during this time, I ask you to keep calm, take a deep breath and not to bombard Trade Republic customer support with inquiries. Thank you very much 😁

Which of my positions do you think I should make bigger (and why)?
On the following months I'd like to go for:
Airlines: $UAL (-0,18 %) or $IAG (-0,28 %) --> Good momentum, growth ahead, undervalued.
Insurance: $CS (-2,33 %) or $ALV (-2 %) --> Good dividend, good momentum, good perspectives, high dividend.
European Banks:
$ISP (-2,68 %) or $CABK (-3,18 %) --> Undervalued Vs American banks, better environment than years ago with lower valuations, higher interest and more security... possibility of gaining stock apretiation while receiving high dividends.
Homebuilding: $LEN (-2,72 %) --> They have a clear problem with lack of homes in the US, good valuation, good growth prospects.
Also tempted to double with my pharma losers $CAH (+1,9 %) and $AMPH (-1,46 %) , bought them when they were with good momentum and they've underperformed since, but I still like the future prospects... High growth, small caps, good drug portfolio... If I still like the numbers and they're cheaper now, should I double my bet here?(I hate going against momentum). $PFE (+0,08 %) also on the list, but I have it on a small saving plan. Shifting momentum but still early to say so I prefer to buy slow...
I'm not planing on adding stocks that are not currently in my portfolio.
My parents are close to retirement (2 years) and have a larger amount free to invest about 200 k€.
They would like to improve their small pension through dividends / interest.
My approach would be:
40 % ETF:
70 % $SPYD (-0,28 %)
20 % $SPYW (-1,63 %)
10 % $IAPD (-0,1 %)
40 % Individual shares (dividend growth)
a.o.
20 % Security:
10 % Cash
10 % Call money
Steadily increasing dividends and not too much risk are important.
I look forward to your suggestions 🙌😉
