Today I bought 90 shares of $APLE (+0,02 %) today. This is a monthly payer with a current dividend yield of around 8%.
My focus is currently on cash flow. Every dividend payday motivates me and it feels good. Even if share prices stagnate or fall, the investment continues to work.
What do you think of the share and of monthly payers in general?
Why the decision: I already have shares in $O (-0,41 %) in my portfolio and it is one of the larger positions. I would like to expand this theme further, also outside the USA with $REI.UN (-0,01 %) .
