@Raketentoni has also ended up there. What do you (not the analysts) see as the 6-12 month targets for both? And why did $PSTV have such a dramatic fall? Failed pipeline candidates?

@Multibagger Yes, but that was a long time ago. Now the therapy approaches look better. It's just a gamble 🤷 but hey, 500 shares in everyone's portfolio and good

The analyst update didn't come out of nowhere. It was in response to data Immunic presented at the ACTRIMS Forum (a major MS convention) over the weekend (Feb. 5-7):
The drug: vidofludimus calcium (their lead candidate).
The data: In the phase 2 study (CALLIPER), they showed that the drug not only reduces inflammation in the brain, but also reduces the reactivation of the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). This is currently a "hot topic" scientifically, as EBV is considered one of the main triggers for MS.
The delay: With small caps, it often takes 1-2 days for such specialist data to be "digested" by the broad market - or for an analyst to translate it into a catchy price target. This is exactly what happened today.
The message: The analyst firm H.C. Wainwright has confirmed its buy recommendation ("Buy").
The price target: The analyst (Matthew Caufield) has left the target at USD 8.00.
