Bavarian Permabull....

$CRWV (-6,72 %) Of course, I could be completely off the mark, and this is just my humble opinion. But, phew. Anyone who still wants to jump in here is trying to catch a falling knife. This company isn’t an investment—it’s on the verge of a meltdown. A deadly mountain of debt: Over $51 billion in debt and lease obligations are crushing the company. Quarterly interest payments are eating up the entire operating cash flow. Bond yields at 16% and CDS spreads above 1,040 basis points show that default has long been priced in. $CRWV (-6,72 %) It also acts as an artificial revenue booster for NVIDIA. They borrow billions to buy NVIDIA’s chips, while NVIDIA itself is on board as an investor. A true circular economy. If $CRWV (-6,72 %) goes bankrupt due to the interest rate crisis, it will tear a massive hole in NVIDIA’s balance sheet and drag the entire AI bubble down with it.

That's a piece of cake for NVIDIA—they're at the top even without Coreweave. Otherwise, you're right.

NVIDIA isn't going to go bankrupt, after all. It's a top-tier company. But it will still leave a hole in NVIDIA's balance sheet and drag down its valuation.

I also agree that there is no future for $CRWV and that the impending bankruptcy will lead to a significant setback in the AI sector. But $NVDA will simply write off its stake in the company, and that’s that. That doesn’t mean they can’t fall back toward $150 in the wake of the AI correction, but a $CRWV bankruptcy won’t have any long-term impact on $NVDA.

@Frei Unfortunately, they're not good for much else anymore. Good luck—you're banking on the psychological effect of uninformed "investors" here.
