does anyone have an opinion on $LEN (+0,09 %)

it's been all downhill lately but i think with interest rate cuts it can slowly go up again

stock quite attractively valued in my eyes

Well, the real estate market in the USA is not running, for developers mansions are most likely worthwhile, unfortunately the standard buyer cannot even afford a small single-family house.

Hard to say. The USA is very volatile due to trumo, the rest of the world due to isreal and russia.
