High Dividend Assets

Does anyone knows better assets then $TDIV (+0,56 %) and $ISPA (+0,68 %) when it comes about ETF with high dividends (these two have dividends around 4-5 % per year) and still growth (these two have a growth of aroun 8 % per year). I would like to get more dividends accepting less growth. Maybe the only solutions it's the one of stocks such as $ARCC (+2,3 %) . But still you're investing in a single company, not the best. Which assets do you use to maximise dividends and still keeping stable growth of at least 4-5 % per year.
