Happy with my (long term ) Core so far.

$TDIV (+0,5 %) 25%

$LDGL (+0,28 %) 15%

$WINC (+0,31 %) 15%

10 % of my portfolio is called my "own" ETF Project

All diversed with 20% each, will add some more sectors in the next few months when the price will dip again. (Energy,Retail,Health)

I personally excluded the TDIV for a double taxation, but the WINC and LDGL are two excellent ETFs. If you're also interested in an ETF with a focus on Europe, an ETF I own and really like is the FLXD - Franklin European Quality Dividend UCITS ETF (Dist)

No idea why...

... but even smaller reinvestments like this are more fun for me than the normal savings rate. Even though I know that this is actually nonsensical. This shows once again what a strong factor the psyche is when it comes to finances.

Last payday in April

On time as usual, trade Republic transferred the distribution from the $WINC (+0,31 %) transferred to me today. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to complete the 3000 shares in March. But the next dip is sure to come.

ETF sold

I know - everyone is always hitting the $JEGP (-0,54 %) the I've now sold it.

For me, however, it's not so much because I don't like it, but because I already have another CC distribution $WINC (+0,31 %) I already have another CC distribution ETF in my portfolio, which is significantly larger in terms of volume. So I'm now removing the duplication and keeping my portfolio in order.

A very volatile month, but just kept rowing into the sea of dividend.

Bought:

February update

Almost forgot about the february update.

Starter looking more into dividend growth stocks and changed a bit of my persepective on my portfolio. Decided for the long-run this is (I think) more efficient for me. So I bought a lot of dividend growth stocks and ETF's and sold some of the high-dividend ETF's/Stocks:

Viscofan vs WINC

$VIS (-2,51 %) I bought them once for the moat and the dividend. But unfortunately I have to realize that they only move sideways, if at all. As soon as the entry price is reached, they fly out again and then I shift into $WINC (+0,31 %) or $TDIV (+0,5 %)

In my humble opinion, you should buy Viscofan at the bottom of the cycle and, if you want, sell it at the top. Or don't sell it and keep it forever if the fundamentals don't deteriorate. It's a well known company for me, very close to where I live and its a "boring" company that doesn't usually make big leaps forward, but it delivers a safe and consistent dividend. That's all. By the way, I'm up 15% right now in $VIS

The loan is now fully on the market

expected pessimistic dividend in 2026 currently between € 800 and € 1100

and in 2027 between € 1100 and € 1400 with annual borrowing costs of approx. € 360

From now on, the dividends and payments will be fully $WINC (+0,31 %) until the total net installment pays for itself (repayment and interest €165/month).

Annual target: €1,980 net

Current: 730 € net

Shortfall:

1,250 € net per year

-> Winc has to grow by around €25,000 to achieve this.

Then I'll start working on it next month :-)

My goal is for the portfolio to stand on its own two feet by the end of 2027 and continue to run on its own.
