Hey everyone,
I use the investment portfolio shown here to cover my fixed expenses. Since purchasing two condos, those expenses have risen significantly.
We’ve decided against taking the income tax reduction to increase our monthly take-home pay because the special mortgage payments have lowered the interest costs compared to the amount reported last year, and we don’t want to have to make up the difference.
Among other things, with the bulk purchase of $VALLD (+0,26 %) as well as $O (+0,49 %) and $MAIN (+0,88 %) my dividend forecast has doubled. $VALLD (+0,26 %) This hasn’t been factored in yet, since the ETF is still relatively new.
I’m using the money saved from the dividends to increase my savings plans for individual stocks, except for $O (+0,49 %) and $MAIN (+0,88 %) to further expand the positions. Individual purchases are intended to speed up the process. Once I consider the other positions large enough, a new position will be opened.
I’m curious to see where this journey takes me.
