Consolidation in July

In July, many growth stocks suffered from profit-taking and corrections; my portfolio was dragged down mainly by Rocket Lab’s 30% drop $RKLB (+0,62 %) , though SoftBank $9984 (-2,54 %) and SEALSQ $LAES (+1,88 %) also posted double-digit losses. Otherwise, everything has remained fairly stable. I could imagine that we’ll see another upswing in the fall. If the companies’ business models continue to develop in the right direction, stock prices will inevitably adjust at some point. Sometimes you just need a little patience :)

@Aktienhauptmeister I won't be making any more additional purchases. My average purchase price is €5, and I’m actually leaning toward reducing my position. However, if you haven’t invested yet, it might be an attractive opportunity right now. As for me, I’m staying invested and see another 1,000–2,000% upside potential over the next 10 years. But I don’t want to have such a large chunk of my portfolio tied up in this one stock, which is why I’m now looking elsewhere for the next 1,000%. I’ve opened many new positions in recent months that are currently languishing, but I see the potential in all of them. My portfolio has tripled over the past two years (and even quadrupled by the end of May), and I plan to at least increase it tenfold by 2035. The foundation for this is currently being laid—or rather, has already been laid.

@Aktienhauptmeister Astroscale and SEALSQ are currently my most speculative positions. Things are looking pretty good for both of them right now (technologically, politically, financially…), and there’s an incredible amount of upside potential
(20x+)—but at the same time, the future is uncertain. There are still many unknown variables (regulation, competition, pressure…). At the same time, however, I believe there are also “no-brainers” like Medley $4480 or Envipco $ENVI.

@Johannes12345 Growth market, politically driven, one of very few (2–3) players, high switching costs after adaptation (+ network effects), very low valuation in the short- to medium-term, very low baseline enabling high long-term growth potential, some likely currency effects, low risk….

I think your portfolio is pretty concentrated looking at the performance.... I'd recommend to you to lower the concentration... Maybe less potential gain but also less drawdown

@TheRealSimone I‘m steadily decreasing my RKLB position and building new ones. I don’t have a problem with frequent drawdowns if the overall performance is good.
