@Toooom I think it's very industry-dependent. Automotive, chemicals and steel are difficult at the moment, others like SAP are experiencing golden times

Many German companies are not dependent on the German market, as happens with American or Japanese ones, so its behavior doesn't necessarily depend on the local economy.

On one hand that's good but on the other, they depend most on the international economy, with heavy influence on rogue economies, wars...
