Q4 2025 compared to the previous year
The fourth quarter was a massive final spurt:
- Revenue:
USD 137.0 million (+75 % compared to Q4 2024). - Adjusted EBITDA:
USD 18.2 million (+50% increase). - Earnings per share (EPS, non-GAAP):
USD 0.20 (analysts had only expected USD 0.13 - a clear "beat"!).
Full year 2025: a new record level
The 2025 financial year marks a turning point for Gilat:
- Annual revenue:
USD 451.7 million (+48% growth compared to the previous year). - Record EBITDA:
USD 53.2 million (+26% increase). - Financial strength: With over USD 183 million net cash the war chest is bulging for further expansion.
Outlook & guidance 2026
For 2026, the management is once again calling for double-digit growth for 2026:
- Sales target:
USD 500 - 520 million (approx. 13% increase on the record year 2025). - EBITDA target:
USD 61 - 66 million (approx. 19% increase). - Drivers: Massive demand in the Defense, In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and the expansion of LEO satellite infrastructure.
