Someone needs money!

$PFE (-2,3 %) has announced that it will sell its stake in $BNTX (-1,56 %) and to sell 4.5 million shares in order to better finance the, in my view, totally overpriced panic takeover of $MTSR better financed. The collaboration with $BNTX (-1,56 %) in the area of corona vaccines is to remain in place. In the medium term, I see $BNTX (-1,56 %) positive. Should $PFE (-2,3 %) times with $LLY (+0,44 %) and $NOVO B (-1,61 %) more about obesity patients.

I think Pfizer ( $PFE ) has actually made a mistake here. It's a shame really - I've had Pfizer on my watch list for some time and I find them interesting in principle.

Reducing Biontech ( $BNTX ) - a potential topperformer in the long term - in order to chase the trend of weight loss injections is totally unwise. The market for these syringes is highly competitive and I don't think there's that much (more) to be earned. I believe that the hype surrounding weight loss products will die down again when people realize that it is easier to eat less and exercise in a disciplined way than to take medication.

Well. I think this is another management decision where someone was afraid of missing the party and then got into something where the train has already left the station. Reminds me of the overpriced purchases of mobile phone frequencies in the 90s (?).
