It's a good thing I didn't buy these two after all. Although the temptation was great.

The $YYYY is really being beaten up. I'd prefer $TDIV with a lower payout, but with a good price performance.

But I don't begrudge you that Yieldmax is getting better.

@ScorpionfromBW I got in at € 37 and of course very very cautiously. It is of course a dividend stock outside the norm, I think if you get in at around €35, things shouldn't go too far wrong, but I would definitely steer clear of getting in at €45. 🤭😂🤭😂 but everyone should do their own analysis and form their own opinion - after all, it's not investment advice, just everyone's personal opinion. I don't think it was investment advice for my colleague @SAUgut777 either, after all, none of us have a crystal ball 😉

I'm also thinking about getting rid of it and switching to growth, but unfortunately it's down €300 but thanks to dividends it's actually up minus 0

@SAUgut777 I'm still hoping for a comeback, because the red doesn't look so nice

@risk_taker if you add value (other investments), it becomes a success story 😉

Dividends are lower, share prices are also falling 🤔

@Asgard19 With a falling exchange rate, the payouts are also falling and the dollar is still weak, but well, it has already regained some ground in the last few days, so stay on board for the time being.

@Asgard19 Yes, the yieldmax in particular has dropped quite a bit in the last few weeks. I'll keep an eye on it for another month or two, but if it continues like this, it will probably be time to pull the ripcord. There is hope for Rex in that it is only writing covered calls on 50% of its holdings.

@SAUgut777 Dollar weakness is true, but one can expect the dollar to fall further.

This is not a criticism, rather a hint with my comments.

Why not stocks with high dividends and strong dividend growth?
