BYD Company Ltd. $1211 (+0 %) and Fosun enter into a global partnership to develop a new ecosystem for "mobility + vacation"
Chinese consumer goods group Fosun International and BYD Company have entered into a global, long-term strategic partnership.
Based on their core competencies in green mobility, smart manufacturing, tourism and vacation, and family consumption ecosystems, the two companies will work closely across brands to develop an integrated ecosystem for "mobility + vacation", it said.
According to the agreement, the two companies will focus on "mobility + vacation" as the entry point and intend to build a mutually beneficial ecosystem based on green connectivity, product innovation and global expansion.
