DBS Group Surprises with Higher Profits and a Record Dividend

SINGAPORE – The $D05 (+3,73 %) has announced a dividend of 81 cents per share for the second quarter of 2026, after its net income rose 9% during the reporting period thanks to record results in the asset management business.

The latest dividend payout consists of a regular dividend of 66 cents and a capital return dividend of 15 cents.

DBS is the first bank in Singapore to release its second-quarter results. UOB ($U11 (-2,72 %) ) and OCBC ($O39 (+2,91 %) ) are expected to announce their results on August 7.

I'm not sure now—didn't I already get that with the last dividend payment? You know, the 66ct + 15ct bonus? I should check my dividend statements, but I'm too lazy to do that right now.
