@Sololeveling Add Portfolio - Alternative Assets - Real Estate, but unfortunately you can't deposit an opposing loan or similar, only equity and current value.

@TB98 If you could put credit against it, that would be really great. All that remains is the equity / estimated current value.

@Bart_S You can create an item, e.g. "Immo1 loan" and send it to minus by the loan amount. However, it then remains as it is and does not change.

@Investor_in_Jogginghose I couldn't find it either. Could only ever enter positive figures. Well...portfolio performance takes care of that 😅
