•@Testo-Investor I have no idea why I see this comment, even though you (presumably) blocked me yesterday. But I use it directly to insult you. No, of course not! We had a heated discussion yesterday that escalated somewhat. But just because you don't agree on a point doesn't mean you have to block each other, does it? I still celebrate the rest of your posts and views and would therefore be happy if you unblocked me again. But of course I also know that you consistently delete people from your life who are not good for you. If I'm one of them, then so be it. 😘

•@DonkeyInvestor no, of course I'm not that pissed off, but I found a counter-contribution a bit inappropriate to piss on my car like that. Although I don't have a huge financial advantage from these posts or this conviction, but simply thought it might be cool for everyone and I stand by it and even before I had any code or any other dirt, I thought this wallet variant was pretty cool and of course I unblock you again I also tend to short-circuit reaction as you have certainly read more than once 😂

@Testo-Investor Thank you, I will ;) And I'm about to have a nice round of benchpress, so the testo investor can be twice as proud of me hahaha.

•@Soprano but do it at an angle. Bench presses are better, more intense and more shoulder-friendly. I once tore off a flat bench, the super spinach tendon at 160 kilos.

@Testo-Investor Oh, that sounds bad. But won't I hit the upper chest too hard? I would actually have to do negative bends to hit the lower chest more.
•

•@Soprano yes but at the top we put a lot more strain on the chest than on the flat bench press.... That's why I do inclined bench press, flyer on cable and butterfly machine ... done ... but of course I work with drop sets etc . So that there is still meat on it for me
