Special repayment of the loan if anything remains in ETFs World + EM. Close mini positions, enjoy life.

@MaximumPower93 Why unscheduled repayment, wouldn't it be important to know what the loan conditions are and then, depending on the interest rate, to calculate a market return?

From the sound of it, the writer will have an interest rate of around 2-3%, probably less. Even the current call money looks (even) better :)

@SpawNMay I ask why you weight Microsoft, Amazon and Alphabet even higher, although they are already strongly represented in the Etf?

Otherwise, very nice presentation and congratulations on the path you have taken, the portfolio looks quite solid. The Etfs as a basis are a good thing.

Maybe you have a small, big project coming up in terms of family planning, then you'll have to question everything again and put it to the test :)

I wish you continued success and a positive return.

Thanks for your feedback.
Of course you can ask... I think they are all 3 great companies. You're right about the weighting in the ETF, of course. I find individual stocks more interesting and I enjoy dealing with them. The ETFs should be the basis.

There's just one more small project still to come :) My wife is in the last year of her training. After that, the topic will become more concrete :)

You're already doing very well with the interest rate. We have a fixed rate of 1.35% for 15 years. We could even have had 1.1%, but then only for 10 years. It was a good time and we were also able to benefit from vitamin B.

@SpawN I can understand that, we all use their products almost every day :)
Good idea to take the ETF as a basis and still not neglect the individual stocks, the fact that you still enjoy it increases your motivation even more.

The nice thing about this idea is that the ETF is never sold or traded, as it forms the basis and is therefore also distributing. You can then trade shares and have a little fun back and forth with the individual securities.

Glad to hear it, such a small project is wonderful but also more than exhausting, I wish you good luck and health with it.

Then you won't have to worry about special repayments.
This way you can get a little more return on your assets over the years and, if necessary, renegotiate after the fixed interest period or change your orientation.

Personally, I'm convinced that unscheduled repayments are more about a sense of security and less about the desire for a return.
