Hello my dears,

in reference to the just published and exciting post by @Derspekulant1 .

I would like to introduce you to a very exciting company that I immediately associated with his post.

He writes that you have to pay attention to the socket with AI. 🔌

He has hit the nail on the head. With data centers, it's not enough to plug the cable into the socket and off you go, just like with our computer at home.

Because modern AI data centers are no longer satisfied with the dirty electricity we use. Just like in semiconductor production, the water doesn't just have to be clean, it has to be more than clean.

(reminds me a little of Clementine, older people will remember the commercial. But another topic)

The electricity for modern data centers must also be pure and clean.

And here comes Advanced Energy Industries $AEIS (-12,38 %) comes into play.

My dears, I personally find the company very exciting. Firstly because of its growing business model.

But also the Fundamental key figures:

• falling P/E ratio , PEG below 1

• EBIT margin in double digits and rising

• Free cash flow increasing

• Debt not present

• increasing turnover

• Net income increases better in relation to sales, and growth is in the good double-digit range

What do you think of the company and the great multiples?

In terms of the chart, I would still wait for a correction.

Precision energy supplier earns twice as much from the AI boom. Data Center - sales can double and should grow by a further 30%

About Advanced Energy

Advanced Energy (Nasdaq: AEIS) is a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced, precision energy conversion, measurement and control solutions for mission-critical applications and processes. AE's power solutions enable customer innovation in complex applications for a variety of industries, including semiconductor equipment, industrial, manufacturing, telecommunications, data center computing and healthcare. With technical expertise and responsive service and support worldwide, the company builds collaborative partnerships to meet technology advancements, drive customer growth and innovate the future of energy. Advanced Energy has dedicated four decades to perfecting energy for its global customers and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA.

Advanced Energy Industries (AEIS) provides high-precision energy systems and measurement technology and generates more than half of its revenue in the semiconductor industry. It also supports critical applications and processes in the industrial, medical, data center and telecommunications sectors. Advanced Energy generates over 70% of its turnover with products that have been specially developed for individual customers and can only be supplied by them. CEO Steve Kelley recently emphasized: "Customers are adopting our industry-leading technologies in their next-generation platforms, which we believe will lead to sales growth and significant market share gains." The serviceable market potential is expected to increase from USD 10.5 billion to USD 15.5 billion by 2030.

As the undisputed market leader in plasma power supply products for etch and deposition processes for next-generation logic and memory chips, new products can drive market share gains. Deliveries for qualification phases increased from 250 to 350 quarter-on-quarter. Significant growth contributions are expected in 2026 with planned production launches.

Several new hyperscaler programs will enter the production phase this year. The company is consolidating its factories and brand presence on a new digital platform to improve margins. This should enable not only a doubling of revenue to USD 3 billion by 2030, but also a more than quadrupling of earnings to USD 15 per share.

Advanced Energy turns "dirty" grid electricity into stable, meterable energy - necessary for nanometer chips and AI servers. The semiconductor oligopoly generates predictable revenues, while data center power supplies grew by 107% in 2025. Advanced Energy solves a basic physical problem in the high-tech industry: electricity as it comes out of the socket or power station is too "dirty" and imprecise for modern high-tech. The company builds hardware that converts raw electrical energy into extremely stable, precisely metered voltages.

The company offers repair services and customer support through its global support organization. Support services include warranty and non-warranty repairs, calibration, upgrades and overhauls of the company's products.

Number of employees: 13,000

After hitting a low of less than USD 80 last year, Advanced Energy Industries (AEIS) shares are likely to exceed the USD 300 mark on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) following the presentation of quarterly figures. What is behind this rally? AI chips are becoming ever more powerful and hungry. In order to efficiently distribute this energy in the smallest possible space (rack) and manage heat, the transition to higher voltages (48V -> 800V) is physically imperative. At the same time, chip production requires ever more precise energy surges (plasma).
