$XPEV (+1,2 %) I'm currently considering buying into Xpeng, but I haven't really looked at the company yet - I'm just very fascinated by their pretty cars. Are you invested and what do you think will come out of the earnings on Wednesday🫣?

I'm in with $XPEV since January. I saw the car in person in Belgium, very nice, real contestant for european cars, good price. And most importantly for me, a good EV (fast charging, 800V architecture, big batteries, awesome tech). The press seems to love it too.

Xpeng is a young brand, +-13% of Chinese market share, impressive growth YoY. They start to sell internationaly. It's the beginning, but still big ambition for Europe (double the dealer in France, expansion in Italy and other countries).

What I don't like:
The share is still volatile somehow and its hard to find informations (like other chinese brand).
They mimic Tesla and waste time and ressources with humanoid robots. Same for their flying cars.

My opinion :
The customer who bought a Chinese car won't easily buy another brand. I find the Xpeng proposition solid. It's a matter of time for the customer to learn it and consider it. A bit like Japanese cars back then.

Chinese EV deliveries January 🇨🇳

XPENG January 2025 Delivery figures

In January 2025, XPENG delivered $9868 (+1,2 %) respectively $XPEV (+1,2 %) 30,350 Smart EVs, an increase of 268% compared to the previous year and exceeding the 30,000 unit mark for the third consecutive month.

The XPENG MONA M03 has delivered more than 15,000 units per month for two consecutive months.

The XPENG P7+ has reached 20,000 cumulative deliveries within just two months of its market launch.

The penetration rate of monthly active users of XNGP in urban transportation reached 87% in January 2025.

At the same time, XPENG launched its latest XOS version, AI Tianji 5.5.0, which includes door-to-door ADAS and other advanced smart driving functions such as the world's first bus vehicle detection

with bypass function for authorized customers across China. The update provides owners with a seamless smart driving experience in various scenarios, including parking lots, highways and city streets.

In January, the company unveiled the right-hand drive version of the XPENG X9 MPV globally at the Singapore Motor Show.

In the same month, XPENG expanded its global presence by entering the markets of Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland and Finland.

EV deliveries China November:

$XPEV (+1,2 %) (NYSE:XPEV) delivered 30,895 Smart EVs in November 2024, representing growth of 54% year-over-year and 29% over the prior month. Deliveries of XPENG MONA M03 exceeded 10,000 units for the third consecutive month since its launch. For the first eleven months of 2024, XPENG delivered 153,373 Smart EVs, a 26% increase from the same period last year.

$NIO (+7,06 %) reports November 2024 deliveries of 20,575 vehicles, up 28.9% YoY Nio released its delivery figures for November 2024, reporting a total of 20,575 vehicles delivered, marking a 28.9% year-over-year growth. This included 15,493 vehicles from its premium smart electric vehicle brand, Nio, and 5,082 vehicles from its family-focused brand, ONVO. As of November 30, 2024, Nio’s cumulative deliveries reached 640,426 units.

$LI (+1,47 %) reported 48,740 deliveries for November, up about 19% from a year ago. Based on recent guidance from Li’s third-quarter earnings, the company should deliver about 65,000 cars in December, up 29% from a year ago.
