On 3 years in minus on 5 only plus 22% . That's pretty crass. I'm in, but I don't think it will be a long-term thing. Actually, I firmly believe that PBMs in the USA will not survive the way they work now.
I bought $UNH (-17,87 %) and, to be slightly self-critical, I also traded to a certain extent on emotion.
I saw it coming that I wouldn't catch the low point anyway, but often the biggest mistake is not buying at all.
At the moment the mood is maximally negative which is actually often one of the best times to buy because it ensures that news is interpreted maximally negatively e.g. the immediate resignation of the CEO for "personal reasons" can mean he is resigning for a reason he wants to keep secret & because things are going particularly badly OR it can be seen as a great opportunity for new impetus and a resignation that is really purely in the private sphere.
In any case, I now have an average price of €380 and just a month ago that would have been a dream buy-in. I know a thing or two about patience when investing - but a few too many long-term positions have really blown up in my face recently 😕
By every metric imaginable this company is massively undervalued. For the long term we have nothing to worry about. This market sentiment is just noise.
I have lowered it to 388. It's really painful because I only bought 15 positions again yesterday. But it will come back, the company has such a big moat.
