Best regards, Johannes

First tranche of $ALSTI (-2,42 %) . Has been on my watchlist for a long time and now I've bought it. Another 2-3 tranches are planned.
Here are a few reasons why I see long-term potential:
- Strong growth in sales and profit
- Active in future markets (energy, battery storage, security) and fundamental basis in the bulk goods sector
- Profiteer of the energy transition
- Scalable business model (strongly increasing margins with growing sales)
- High proportion of recurring demand from industrial security solutions
- Niche market with little direct competition (explosion protection + BESS)
Have a nice evening
John
First tranche - 1-2 further additional purchases are planned in order to reach a position size of € 2,500 - 3,000.
Further considerations for entries are $ALSTI (-2,42 %) and$UMI (+0,86 %) .
LG and a good start to the week
John
I have recently $ALSTI (-2,42 %) into the depot.
$ALSTI (-2,42 %) The company is a French manufacturer of components for bulk material handling, but is currently experiencing a remarkable upswing, particularly in the field of battery storage systems (BESS). This is also the reason why I added this stock to my portfolio.
I see great potential in BESS over the next few years. Many energy service providers are currently investing heavily in this area across Europe in order to be able to operate more flexibly on the electricity market.
Financial highlights 2024:
Turnover: €61.2 million, an increase of 72.3% compared to 2023
Sales are forecast to reach €73 million in 2025
The BESS share of total sales is currently 47.8%
EBITDA margin in 2024 is 25%, compared to 13% in 2023
Dividend: €0.59 per share
Despite the rather difficult market situation this year, the share price has developed by +76% in YtD comparison.
The strong performance is supported by significant contracts with companies such as Tesla, CATL, BYD and Siemens Energy. Stif is thus positioning itself as a key player in the growing market for battery storage solutions.
I am aware that Stif has already performed very well and that it is still a company with a low market capitalization (approx. € 250 million) and is therefore certainly more volatile than other companies frequently mentioned here. However, it is a company that could be of interest to investors in the renewable energy and energy storage sector.
Do you know this stock and are any of you already invested in $ALSTI (-2,42 %) invested in it? I'm curious to know what you think.
