I am assuming that you have money placed on this stock. So the better question you should ask yourself is: Am I ready to accept further downhills or shall I take my losses and move on?
People with feelings betting on the future, that's what financial markets are and this is a strong cocktail for uncertainty.

Today is the ex-dividend day. That means now at 8 o'clock comes the markdown and then I can already sell again and still get the full dividend or? Thank you very much
Then you get the full dividend and the full dividend discount on the share price. All other things being equal, nothing has changed for you, so why sell today?
