@Tenbagger2024 I think that's good too. A modern, widely deployable aircraft without major problems at a competitive price. It also helps to shake up the established manufacturers. They rely too much on politicians buying from domestic manufacturers.
In principle, the latest Grippen is also a bargain for what it offers. It's actually stupid that they don't put them in the garage/hangar here in Germany alongside the Eurofighter and the F35. The cost of the flight hour alone would make it worthwhile.

The aircraft was developed precisely for use against the Russians - for use on unpaved makeshift runways without a large auxiliary infrastructure. The technology is designed in such a way that the jet can be maintained and repaired very easily by just a few people in the middle of nowhere if necessary.
