S&P or All World

Hey guys,

since I am new to investing, I am very unsure about many things, so I would like to know from you what it is like to sell the $VUSA (-0.49%) to sell in the minus approx. 9% and to buy in larger savings plan the $VWRL (-0.93%) to buy?

Since I want to use the Etf as a core and I don't feel like I see anyone on Getquin who uses the $VUSA (-0.49%) as core, I don't know if I should switch?

Should I change the savings plan to the $VWRL (-0.93%) and sell the S&P as soon as I am in the plus or stay with mine anyway?

Why sell it? Just let it run and switch to the all world

@ScorpionfromBW and how would you still have a savings plan on the s&p to lower the buy in or just all world savings plan and sell as soon as plus is?

@Fl_ow What are you all doing here with buy in senken? What's the point? For me it's a completely useless idea. I don't know what the point is, maybe just something for the eye.

Either you invest in S&P or you don't, that's the question. I have 80/20 $VWRL / $CSNDX.

@Fl_ow I meant to simply hold your s&p position, but stop the savings plan on it. And put the savings plan into the FTSE.

Your S&P position will straighten itself out and increase over time. But that also depends on whether it is only a small position or larger.

@ScorpionfromBW That's how I see it too.
What I always miss when asking questions like the one above is what is the actual goal and how can I achieve it?

@ScorpionfromBW a lower buy-in will bring you back into positive territory sooner or even back into positive territory at all.

I have VUSA as core. By the looks of this you started with VUSA this year and you’re down 9% and you have regrets. That’s normal when losing quite a bit, but you must realize that the loss is because of a weakening dollar. The S&P500 is near all time high again. If you want to diversify do it on the go with your savings plan and let VUSA ride. Try to take the emotion out of it and be rational. It’s only a loss if you sell it at a loss.

Find it $VUSA super 👍
Hi. i am also investing in VUSA and VHYL in DCA. We share a bit of both worlds. I have the same question, but I see it the same way as the others do. The buy-in just got lower and I can get more, while I think that the USA remains very interesting. But if you want to consider more growth, try to implement an Asia-based ETF. As I see China and India becoming more important in the global market. The exposure through VUSA and VHYL both are small in these markets
