NotCo partners with PepsiCo to introduce plant-based Doritos and nuggets in Chile


Chilean food technology company NotCo has partnered with PepsiCo to bring two new plant-based products to the Chilean market: NotMayo Doritos and NotChicken Nuggets Flamin' Hot.


These products have been developed to combine the bold flavors of popular snack brands with plant-based ingredients to meet the growing consumer demand for plant-based alternatives.


The collaboration combines PepsiCo's established brand presence with NotCo's AI-powered innovation, enabling the rapid development of plant-based versions of Doritos and chicken nuggets.
