Yesterday I liquidated TransAlta $RNW I plan to expand the following positions with the freed up cash in roughly equal parts:

British American Tobacco $BATS (-2.12%)

Medical Properties Trust $MPW (-1.12%)

Ares Capital $ARCC (-0.37%)

Reatly Income $O (-0.86%)

Not exactly creative choices, but all "good value" in terms of valuation.

If you continue to believe in $MPW, then now is probably a more or less unique opportunity, at least for some time. I prefer to wait a little longer. The thing with Steward is still a bit hot for me. But I'm also already flirting a bit 😅

@JFD TransAlta Ren. is taken over. Unfortunately, I got out too early. Surely I could have taken 2-3:dividends. Have misjudged that. TransAlta Corp. also pays a much lower dividend. Therefore I am out.
