Don't you find it problematic if there is no office with a contact person from your KV in the vicinity or is that relatively "indifferent" to you?
••
@LangM90 Why do you need it?
••
@Europoor Yes, you don't need it if you're healthy anyway.
But there may be some serious case that you don't want to deal with over the phone and then it would be good to have a personal contact person available.

•@LangM90 In times of Corona, you can't make appointments in person anyway and otherwise I clarify my matters by e-mail.
So I'm annoyed that AOK Nordost still prefers to write a letter instead of replying to my email...
You don't really have a proper personal clerk at any statutory health insurance company any more. In other words, you can't build up a "relationship" with these people.

•@Staatsmann that means you would not switch to BKK farber Castell in this case if you were not already with hkk? The contribution is only 0.4% cheaper at BKK Farber Castell.
••
@LangM90 If you live in the Castell area, I would switch there. It's not possible outside of Bavaria anyway.
••
@LangM90 I compare the price-performance ratio for the things that are important to me.
Anyone who demands absurd additional premiums without providing more service will be thrown out.
As I come from a family where cancer often broke out at a young age, cancer screening is important to me even before the usual age ranges.
As a high-risk group, BKK offers me colon cancer screening from the age of 25 or 30.
Others only from 35 or 40.
It's similar with skin cancer.
That's why I'll soon be switching from AOK Nordost to BKK.
So you should compare according to your wishes and then choose something.
After all, I don't know your medical records or your state of health and what you value. :)
For example, I don't attach any importance to local offices, as I prefer to clarify everything by email or telephone. An email address where you can get answers is enough for me.

@Staatsmann So I can't find that at the BKK now? Where exactly did you find this or read that they offer it?
••
@LangM90 I compared at CHECK24 and there were a few things. :)
I found out the rest by sending an email to BKK.
Always with the information that certain conditions have to be met, but that they generally offer it.

@Staatsmann acsho because it's not on the homepage.🤔
••
@LangM90 many of my friends / acquaintances ask the same question when it comes to banks. i myself have never made an appointment at a bank counter. as far as i'm concerned, the banks can close their branches completely :D
