Experiment with deposit credit

1- Apply for a custody account loan with Scalable

2- Purchase CC ETF on credit in the maximum amount of 5 net monthly dividends

3- Let the CC ETF repay the loan automatically each month

4- Start a new cycle with €200 more

Let's see how it goes. It's more of a small test, we have enough reserves, don't worry :)

Unfortunately, the performance of this product is, to put it bluntly, shit if you look at the competition in the USA.

Let's see if yieldmax and Hanetf bring out more products. The new ETf from them seems to me to be a better alternative to Global X in any case.

@capital_guru_169 Which one do you mean exactly?
@CMustermann IE000MMRLY96. Only a few months old. Has already paid a distribution of around 2%. But I'm still waiting before I put larger amounts into it. But I do have a small position.

@capital_guru_169 Thank you! I'll keep an eye on it.

I did it too, Chatgpt did the math again. It pays for itself. Whereby chatgpt said you should reinvest the surplus 😉

@Oktoberfest It's really crazy, when you reach a certain deposit size, such opportunities suddenly open up. That probably only increases the further you get.

Really looking forward to updates on this idea, sounds risky but exciting.

Interesting! Will follow it

Either I don't understand or you've miscalculated. 🤔. 145 x 0.14 distribution per month is 20.30 euros times 5 is a good 100 euros....brutto.

@Dividendenopi I have a position of 36k in the asset :) I should probably have mentioned that

@CMustermann not only perhaps 😉, you would have written that you would like to cover the increase in your position and the costs of the corresponding financing from the total distribution of all shares...

@CMustermann In the business world, this is called: misleading 😆

Have you done the math?
profile image
@randomdude Yes, distributions - tax - interest on loans still results in a return and I don't have to add my own capital.

With distributions from this position and another one, the custody account reached cycle 2 on 01.11., then with a loan of € 2200

Why not rather $QQQI
@RenditeRudin You Swiss have it good. The EU won't let us trade this and all other non-UCITS-compliant ETFs.

@capital_guru_169 But you can buy it via Flatex for 7 euros ... or have I made a mistake? there is also the SPYI... and the usual suspects...
@Cieloazul Have you tried it?
profile image
Not yet... but could find it under my mother's flatex account you have three exchanges to choose from twice and once one with a strange name costs about 7 €
profile image
@capital_guru_169 ah shit... that's a shame of course!
@Cieloazul finding is no problem. I can also find it in maxblue Broker, for example, but I can't buy it because there is no KID. But I am confident that more such products will come onto the European market in the future.

Personally, the idea is too risky for me, especially in view of the current US market situation. But basically interesting, please keep me posted! 🙂
