“Re-Rating Rocket with a Dividend Boost” “Profitability Doubled, Valuation Halved—the Perfect Setup”

Hello, everyone,

After I posted my overview of dividend-growth stocks, I received some comments asking me to highlight a few more companies in this category.

So today, I’m featuring a stock with three-digit growth in net income and a dividend yield stands at 8.75% .

Added to this is the currently very attractive RSI of 38.

But the forward P/E ratio of 17.5x and the PEG of 0.6x also indicate an attractive valuation for the company’s growth.

Of course, this is all just my personal opinion.

Dear readers, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Quick Summary of Juan

(Himax Technologies — based on your MarketScreener data in the active tab)

Himax will clearly shift into growth mode starting in 2026. Following a weak 2025, revenue, EBITDA, and profit will surge dynamically, with staggering growth rates starting in 2027. Margins will widen significantly, free cash flow will rebound, and net debt will dip deep into negative territory. Starting in 2027, this will look like a classic turnaround-into-momentum-shift, culminating in very strong profitability in 2028. To Juan, this looks like a clear re-rating setup — fundamentally much improved, with a lighter balance sheet and margins soaring.

Juan’s Brief Conclusion

(Himax — Valuation Metrics 2025–2028)

Juan sees a classic valuation re-rating in slow motion. In 2025, the stock still looks expensive and uneven, but starting in 2026, the picture improves significantly: the dividend rises sharply, the yield climbs every year, and the P/E ratio drops from overvalued to double-digit attractive. The P/B ratio remains moderate, and the PEG ratio slips into the range that Juan describes as “growth at a discount” . Overall: The valuation is lagging behind the operational recovery—exactly the setup Juan loves.

Juan’s Brief Conclusion

Juan sees a setup here that he calls a ““re-rating rocket””: Fundamentals will skyrocket starting in 2026, margins will widen, earnings will multiply—and at the same time, the valuation will fall into a range that, given appears to be massively underpriced . For Juan, this is a classic high-conviction compounderthat could be valued completely differently in 2–3 years.

Thanks for the introduction, my friend. 🙏🏽 I'm already familiar with the company. I took a brief look at it a few months ago when I started rebuilding my portfolio, but that's about it.

@Aktienhauptmeister And what's your conclusion?

@Tenbagger2024 Something bothered me back then, but I don't remember exactly what. But I actually didn't do that much research either 😅

That looks interesting. If I had a stronger focus on tech and some spare cash right now, I might consider building a position.
Are you buying any yourself?
