I have rarely been so bullish. You can find what the guys are doing in some of my posts.

The €100 million sales target for 2022 was known after the acquisition of Pyramid and Faytech.

EBIT should be around 8 million euros.

But the long-term target is more exciting.

The board sees the goal very realistically to reach at least 200 million euros in sales in five years.

That's about 15 percent growth per year.

The current valuation is only around €55 million.

If a fair standard comes in here, the share should rise 100% this year.

Even KUV 1 is cheap for a company that is growing strongly, is profitable and is in the tech sector.

With sales of €200 million, the KUV would be 0.25 in 2027.

KUV 1 then means +400% from today.

KUV 4 at 200 Mio€ turnover (not unusual) would be an enterprise value of 800 Mio€.

Currently 50 Mio€ -> 1600%.

Share price 3€ --> 48€.

Fantasy is part of it, but I'm in it full throttle.

Buy and hold 🙏🏼🚀

Mhh so there must be something wrong? The numbers seem very strange. 55m valuation on 200m sales? 🆘

@christian currently there is not yet a turnover of 100 million :)
The 100 million euros are planned for this year, but are of course not yet certain. The 200 million turnover is not planned for another five years. A lot can still happen between now and then, of course.

If they were already generating sales of €200 million and had this low valuation, I wouldn't touch the share with pliers either 😄

@getquin The takeover of Factech was announced in the middle of last year and was due to be completed in October. There was no announcement from October to December, which led some people to believe that this important takeover would fall through. In reality, however, it was simply due to a lengthy due diligence process due to the interconnected business sectors, particularly in China, which are not always completely transparent. This is why everything was delayed and the takeover was only confirmed at the end of December. The long period without news caused some people to jump ship. But now the takeover has gone through 🙏🏼

@getquin Axis you mean long-term :) MIC used to have a completely different business segment. They gave that up at some point and for a while only had residual positions as a holding company. You can see it on the homepage, they still have a few small subsidiaries that also make sales, but they don't matter anymore. With the takeover of Pyramid last year and now the new takeover, the focus has been completely shifted to a new topic. The stock company will also be renamed Pyramid this year.
Then the company will also be called the main business segment and no longer the shell company.

The whole thing was like a SPAC.
Just a worthless shell company that has invested in Pyramid, it's like a SPAC on the stock market :)

@Eochaid yes of course because most people don't know the company :) but that doesn't mean nobody knows it. I don't see any posts about the share here. I do in other forums.
That's what social media is for. To make people aware of stocks that are good and unknown.
Nobody needs the 1947194719474 report about Paypal :)

What has changed is that the shareholder with a range of a few hundred thousand added the share yesterday as a Top Tip Hot stock and thus range is happening :)
