@NinetysixNK I'm not familiar with the area. But for me, real estate is an unpredictable concentrated risk if you’re not familiar with the area. On top of that, it’s a lot of work if you only own one property and have to do everything yourself (given the distance) or have to hire someone who’s relatively expensive (since you only have one).
