@m0rten that's a mistake, it's not the profit that has to be taken into account but the FFO. FFO is $0.65 in the first quarter and covers the distribution of 3x$0.19.

@teschi 170% against S&P 500 over 700%. And almost no sales growth and profit growth. Why should the share price rise at all in the future. Only brings unnecessary risk to the market

@m0rten This was one of the first stocks in which I started my equity career. There are certainly better ones, but I can understand the intention behind this article. It was also exactly my train of thought. Although I have chart losses, the regular distributions over the last 6 years have more than wiped out the loss.
I would no longer invest there today, but I have also become "smarter" in the meantime. But I'll let the stock continue to run.
It doesn't hurt me and the regular cash is very good for new investments.
The investments from the dividend have already financed a few shares for me that have good returns.
So it has already paid off in more ways than one 🤷🏻♂️
