Robinhood Performance

$HOOD (-0.84%) share reached a new all-time high this week.

As #robinhood
#aktionär I am pleased with the company's performance. Above all the innovative spirit of the management is very remarkable.

My questions to you:

  • Which position gave you the best performance?

  • Do you have any tips on how you manage to hold your shares despite high book profits? I find it difficult not to take profits immediately.

PS: If you are looking for trading ideas, have a look at my profile, I just published this week 5 exciting stocks with a price potential of over 50% and an R:R of partly 10:1 presented.

Congratulations for now. ☺️ I'm also thinking about getting into $HOOD. You always wait for a correction, but it usually only comes when you're invested 😅

I generally let profits run. I once bought $META at 100 euros and sold at a 100% profit because I thought, wow, money doubled. That was a mistake. Now they're at almost 700 euros 😅

I would always re-evaluate the company after a rally. How are the profit margins, the growth, is there competition ( keyword moat ). If the company is still doing well, then I would hold on and take small profits, if any. 💰

@Brandon90 There you can see again how powerful buy&hold is in the long term 🔥

@Max095 Thanks Max! Although we can't talk about the long term here yet 😅 Purchasing was low in April (almost 6 months ago)... It's only been 6 months...

@Brandon90 I feel really uncomfortable entering near all-time highs, although I find the range formed above 100$ at $HOOD very exciting! By the way, I don't really like holding near all-time highs either 😅 A small puster is always enough for a correction (you said it well, it corrects exactly when you get in) and then you think to yourself, of course it was obvious. I definitely see further potential here, but I'm also very biased. What has stopped you from taking a position in #robinhood so far?

@CantStopClicking What has put me off so far is the course. Normally I always wait for dips. But often there are none and then you wait and wait and see how the share price does +100% + 200% and that is frustrating. $HOOD has a Rule of 40 score of 92 which is similar to $PLTR. Sales growth and profitability are therefore well balanced. The share price has tested the moving average of 50 and has moved upwards. And the support zones of 117 and 120 dollars have also held. So I actually have to get in 💰😂

@Max095 Yes, I think that's best too. Except for gambling positions 😁
